Tesco fined £48,000 for putting staff safety at risk after council prosecution
Supermarket giant Tesco was today fined £48,000 for putting the safety of its staff at risk after a successful prosecution by Bracknell Forest Council.
The council’s environmental health team, in conjunction with the council’s legal team, prosecuted the multi-million company at Bracknell Magistrates’ Court for a string of health and safety offences.
